How a Same-Day Order Works
- Message us on WhatsApp with the mattress and size you want and your delivery address.
- We confirm the total, the delivery charge (if any) and whether we can make it today.
- Tell us your availability. If you will only be home at certain times, say so and we plan the delivery for that window.
- We deliver. You check the mattress at the door, then pay in cash.
What Can Slow a Delivery Down
Same-day delivery depends on the road. Heavy traffic, bad weather, a long queue of earlier drop-offs, or an unexpected problem such as a vehicle breakdown or accident can push a delivery later than planned, and in rare cases to another day. If that happens, we message you as soon as we know and agree a new time with you. We would rather tell you early than leave you waiting.
Orders After 4pm
4pm is the cutoff we ask for, so we can plan the day's routes. A later order is not automatically refused: if there is still time and your address is close to our warehouse or an existing route, we can often deliver the same evening. Message us with your address and we will say yes or no straight away.
Delivery Fees
Delivery is free in Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer. In Vancouver (including Burnaby, Coquitlam and Surrey) and the Toronto area, the charge depends on how far you are from our delivery route. We confirm it on WhatsApp before you order, so there is no surprise at the door.
